Just my 2 cents.
The power play killed us last year, other than that I liked the up tempo "system". Hartley probably should have gone with Ramo/Ortio when it became obvious Hiller's career was over. I still enjoyed almost every game.
This year, nothing looks good. The games are boring and frustrating to watch. All these dynamic players didn't forget how to play hockey. Good coaches design a system around the team's talents. Bad coaches think there is one system that all players need to adhere to. The latter is why Brent Sutter is a bad NHL coach. The jury is still out on Glen Gulutzan, but right now it's not looking good.
