The young guys need a coach that will lead, guide, push and develop them which is what I thought Hartley was providing and it seemed effective. Some players may not like that too much but it is necessary because otherwise you turn into the Oilers that we saw over the last 6 seasons where the kids could do whatever they wanted and it sunk the team as a whole and their own individual development.
