Rob Kerr said something before the first game that's stuck with me watching this team since then. He was worried that with the new coach and sloppy preseason and guys missing that the adjustment period would spill over to the regular season.
In particular he said "If guys are out there thinking in the middle of the play they're going to lose games. They have be reacting and make the right decisions but not thinking."
I don't think this team has stopped thinking on the ice once this season.
