Garland is definitely going to be the next SC justice, whether its by a quick vote before Hillary gets in or as Hillary's first choice for the SC. He's non-controversial and will fly through the hearings and probably get a solid 75-80 votes in support. Easy appointment that costs zero political capital, sounds like a winner.
