Sorry I can't find a link for this.

I was at the gym this morning and caught the tail end of a story on Global from the Peg.

It was something about 3-5 youths, ages 8-11 locked a disabled (cant remember the exact disability) kid in a shed and lit it on fire. Some girls saved the kid and the cops said that since the Young Offenders Act is ages 12-X they cant do anything.

They will be offering counseling but its not mandatory.

It was one of the few news stories I have ever heard that made me phyiscally sick to my stomach.

Does anyone have a link, a quick google/ask search didnt turn up anything.
