Even more, minorities make less than an equivalent white person. Women 15-24 entering the workforce earn less then males entering the workforce at the same age and experience. You may want to explain it away by claiming apples and oranges but unfortunately comparing apples to apples also shows the inequality.

Do you understand the difference between wages and earnings? You also have neglected to mention why we don't see civil discrimination suits because of this trend? Why are companies forced to hire certain candidates that identify themselves as visible minorities, over equally qualified candidates that don't?
Do you any actual facts or data for your statement? Why don't we see Corporations exploiting this and only hiring women to do these jobs? If they can pay them less and they are doing the same job, that would make sense to their bottom line.
