Francis is dreaming if he thought this team was a playoff contender. We don't have a RWer for the top line. The second line isn't much better with Tkachuk learning the NHL style of game.
By the timw this team gets comfortable with the new system and it's new players the playoffs will be out of reach.
You can't expect stability when you keep changing coaches.
