My guess is its more of an "unwritten" rule but I think it would be genius to start the game off with a Lefty like Happ and then bring in a Rghty that will have a much easier time against a right heavy lineup.

Not a baseball fan but I've wondered if a team could take out a pitcher and put him back in later in the game.
