Glad to see Yak doing well so far. Edmonton just sucks the life out of some players with how they developed them.
Guys like Yakupov, Draisatl, RNH and even McDavid are players that I actually like. They all seem like legit good, humble players. But stick them with the Oilers and they have this stench on them that you are forced to gag when you think about them.
Here's hoping Yak can turn it around long term and bring the Oilers shame everytime he plays against them.
