Getting Kate Beirness would be magic for Rogers. She's one of the absolute best sportscasters in Canada.

Duthie would be good but he's a little soft. Intelligent and great at his job, but a little meek for the grating personalities Rogers likes to keep around.

Still, either would be a massive upgrade.
