Yeah, I've been there. I enjoyed Krakow a lot more, and if you have some time to get down there, I'd reallly recommend it. As far as Warsaw goes, there's the obvious historic sites: Wilanow Palace, the Royal Castle, and Old Town. Pretty good night life, but I honestly don't remember the names of any of the places I went to. Some pretty good jazz clubs. Overall, it wasn't one of my favorite eastern-european cities. Krakow, Budapest and Prague are all a bit more cosmopolitian and trendy, while going north to the Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius are all great little off-the-beaten track cities to explore, and if I was going back to the region, I'd spend less time in Warsaw and more time in the countryside and up in the baltic states.
