finally watched the second debate in full. Great entertainment. Basically it boiled down to this:

Audience Question: There are several potholes in the street in front of my home. As president, what would you do to solve this problem?

Clinton: I think that's such a great question. I have talked to many people who have to deal with potholes in their streets. My own father had a middle class home and so I grew up myself in an area with potholes. In my time as Senator I tried to fight potholes, but there was a Republican president. We have to do something against those potholes. I have talked to many roadmen who have tried to fight potholes - Hispanics, Mexican and Afro-American roadmen. I have talked to women who have tried to fight potholes. Russia is responsible for potholes. Donald is enthusiastic about Russia and Putin. Donald also hates women and degrades them.
