Engelland has been solid defensively in his time here. Arguably underrated by a section of the fan base. He's looked great when he's had to play top 4 due to injury. I don't mind Brodie-Engelland that could be a premiere shut down pairing.
That said Giordano-Wideman has the potential to be god awful. Rather have Hamilton there and Wideman on the 3rd pairing.
That said if the Flames can rehabilitate Wideman's trade value this year we might be able to get a haul for him at the deadline.
