I have to say it...
Not wanting to go over Gio's $6.75 million in not exactly the same as there being a "Gio-cap". The former implies that they don't want one single player making more than that for structure purposes, and the latter implies that Gio's salary itself is what sets the limit.
It's a subtle but important difference.
