I recommend Trend Micro. I've found it to be easier on the system than either Norton or McAfee. I'm not talking about their free online scan called Housecall. They have an Internet Security Suite, or an Antivirus solution as well.

What do I run at home? I use Windows Firewall and I have a router. For antivirus I use AVG Free.

I think it is wise to stay away from McAfee and Norton though. Norton is the better of the two, but it can really hog a system's resources. I've not seen a computer that has McAfee installed on it that hasn't had problems.
