I've been to 21 MLB stadiums, I don't remember one not having canned beer. The only thing they don't have is a lot of stadiums don't have alcohol outside of coolers. You have to sit in the club seats to be served say a rum and coke, and even then most stadiums make you drink in the box or in the lobby, and not at field level.
