One would hope if this were true. But CHI values cap space a lot. And they have quite a deep pool of good young D men. Ville Pokka, Gustav Forsling, TVR even could all be great grabs for the OIlers if they move Yak to CHI.
Pokka and Forsling are more Kylington types and may not be the best defensively, but they add a lot of offense to their blue line.
