Interestingly enough, if you compare the earlier photo above with the video the girl is not in the photo. She would have been in the gap behind and to the right of the alleged guilty guy. I think the guy labelled as "D" is looking down at her because she probably ducked for cover. Grainy, but you can match up a bunch of the surrounding people like the baby blue jersey in the bottom right, the guy two to the left in white with a red hat, and the bigger guy behind him in the blue jersey. The alleged girl in the video should be two behind him (behind the guy in the backwards white hat).

Not trying to play internet sleuth trying to out her, just trying to suggest this guy might actually be innocent.
