Dirty hit. Vesey has his back turned to Gudas for quite some time. Gudas had plenty of time to veer towards Vesey all the while Vesey had his back turned, and could have easily avoided the hit or adjusted it so that he didn't hit Vesey in the upper back/Shoulder/Head area.
