They've been making those comments all summer. I don't see much positivity out of what he said because it's not different than what they've been saying all along, I guess to keep away any negative speculation (though Conroy made it sound like it might stretch on a bit longer)
The news from King on the gap is what is alarming, essentially the organization confirming for the first time what has been "speculated" by McKenzie and Francis.
I'm still hopeful. But I'm at the point where talk is cheap, they need to stop saying it will get done and just get it done.
