It is a bit of a headscratcher. Ah hell, who knows what he's trying to do? Even the distraction angle seems a little sophisticated for this campaign. And apparently he was doing all this Twittering in the middle of the night? You can't really explain these actions.
The Cuba thing could be a real problem for him though.
