I'm not so sure that would do it. Anyone who is still considering voting for him (man or woman) must already believe Hillary is a shrew. The outrageous, insulting things he's said about so many people didn't seem to affect his popularity and didn't really change the race, let alone decide it.
That being said, it would just be so crazy for him to get into that fight. First of all, everyone knows Bill Clinton is a cad. They've been making jokes about it for 25 years now. That's not going to be anything new.
Not everyone knows about Trump's sordid history, but I would imagine the Hillary campaign has that all cued up and ready to go if the time comes.
