Nope. One way traffic downtown is always more efficient. You need fewer left turn signals and it eliminates the time it takes to let left turn drivers move through the intersection by themselves while everyone else waits.
I was referring to the stupid numbering system that arbitrarily starts in one corner of the city and expands out in both directions. What happens when you want to go the other way? Do you have negative numbers all of a sudden?
