I saw the clip of the hit first and didn't know who was involved other than MacArthur.

My first thoughts were:
Hard hit, but not huge or dirty
D-bag move by the guy fighting to step over the opponent. Could have a serious injury if he slipped.
I thought a vet would be having a word with whomever fought to stop being so reckless
And when I saw the player being helped off the ice I thought he must have been injured before camp to have a hit like that take him out. Surprised he was cleared.



But then I came into this thread and saw that it was Ryan who was the fighter, and that Neil and Brassard went after seiloff later. And that he was asked to leave the bench?

It's absurd.

Give MacArthur a non contact jersey. That's embarassing to have the leadership core do that.
