I don't believe I've ever replied to any of your comments, but I've read many of them. I think you fall into the latter category. Victim complexes, my-way-or-the-highway, indignant, hostile... those kinds of traits don't result in people being afforded courtesies such as benefit of the doubt.
And he seems to be a one-issue poster. I don't read his posts as a result unless necessary to follow a line of conversation that is otherwise interesting.
