Why not one of the following was on team USA is beyond me:
Kessel
Okposo
Kreider
Stastny
Ryan
Tyler Johnson
Fowler
Yandle
Goligoski
Faulk
Jack Johnson, Abdelkader, Dubinsky and to a lesser extent, Backes, had no business being on that team
