I've been saying since the draft that Tkachuk is going back to the CHL, and I'm really happy to hear the Flames brass feel the same way.
I also feel this tournament is not the tourney it once was. I remember Sutter saying it served to compare prospects to prospects, which is different than camp because it's prospects against men, and also different than juniors because it's prospects against kids. But when the teams are basically bring in a bunch of nobody tryouts because their prospects are either not eligible by the CBA or are being run at by nobodies trying to make a name for themselves, then what's the point of this thing?
