If there's one thing I agree with Gaudreauvertime about, it's that this guy is something different. He's not replaceable IMO. Not if we want to be a Stanley Cup contender for the next 7 -8 years.
In the same vein, I don't think Monahan or Brodie are replaceable either. Theyre players you need to have, grown in your own organization and held onto to create the types of teams we've seen from CHI, PIT and LA.
