I haven't read every page in this thread but according to the last article posted, it sounds like the Flames are sticking to the Gio cap. That's ridiculous and mind-boggling to me. I can't believe that's a consideration. I suspect if he was 6'0, 200 lbs, the Flames wouldn't hesitate to give him Tarasenko money.
