Good talks that lasted awhile. Habs had negotiations with Caps regarding Burns that was close to being finalized. It was for a similar package but MJK's aggression and persistence caused me to move Burns to SJ instead.
Once Burns was traded, we immediately focusd to Kessel. I'm glad we finally got a deal done.
