Yeah I dunno. IV's way over rated imo. It's all about the attack sets.
I've got 6 big Vaporeons. 3 are 100%ers. All those have water gun and water pulse. Therefore absolute junk.
2 of the remains 3 'may not be good in battle', but have hydro pumps. Pretty sure I know which 2 I'll dust up some.
Basically low IV's mean it will cost me more dust to get them maxed, and they will have a bit less CP/HP when they get there.
I could also wait more. Maybe my 10th Vape will be a 100%er with ideal move set...
