funny how ken left out the other important number in the contract - the term.
I'd really be into some $8 x 8 deal if JG had one or two more productive seasons in his resume - but based on his body of work it seems that something around $6.5 for 3 yrs would be reasonable for both parties - although that would be a mess at the end if that deal dragged him into UFA territory.
it will be interesting to see if this board will feel that BT once again won this negotiation when the dust settles
