CalgaryNEXT and the so called "Plan B" (Stand alone arena on Stampede, renovated McMahon and separate Foothills Park Fieldhouse) are being evaluated side by side in a sort of cost-benefit analysis just next month.
From there they will decide a path to persue.
Seems like completely reasonable due diligence to me.
