As for the rest of the bonds, I think every actor has made at least one good one. Connery had 4. Dr No, FRWL, Goldfinger and Thunderball are all good. Lazenby was kind of a weird one that almost needs to be remade. Moore had The Spy Who Loved Me and For Your Eyes Only. I liked Dalton in Living Daylights but Licence to Kill was too dark. Brosnan had Goldeneye as his only real standout but both Tomorrow Never Dies and World is Not Enough had their moments.
What I actually like is that through the years the tone of the movies have changed with each actor. I couldn't imagine Craig or Dalton being funny or Moore playing it totally straight.
