made it out there and it was pretty much like the BBQ section of the stampede except with a couple more vendors.
The Canadian "we're the saucy ones" were a real disappointment. I gave them two chances. First time was on a thursday noon, they werent even open yet despite being a lunch hour with cooks and cashiers working. Second time was friday and the line up was long and slow. The only cook available looked like she had never held a knife before.
Gators was great. great portions and great ribs. will go back again
