For me, the key word is compete. That doesn't exist at the all start game although I will say it did appear more this year with the 3 on 3 and the $1 mil prize money.
I grew up watching the Canada Cup and as pointless as that was, I clearly remember everyone I knew working our plans around the games to make sure we could watch and it was exciting.
