This economy made lots of changes necessary
No more starbucks.......7-11 or brew at home for a third of the cost
No more booze....Oct 2016 --2 years sober saved a ton already
Eat 1 regular meal a day
Pay more towards all interest bearing debt in advance
Change my own oil
Cut the cord on TV
Library for music , books
Cook more eat out less
Always shop for better deals, stores , for groceries, home insurance, car insurance, write offs(self employed)
Give myself allowance
Buy used everything....nothing new...value village, kijiji,
Don't keep up with any Jones, fade trend, bs
Cheap out on everything but I get what I need when I want and don't feel as if I am missing out.
I spend considerably less because this economy has me depressed to the point of paranoia about spending anything today so I might have my tens of dollars tomorrow to spend on nothing.
