I think it does fall pretty sharply after Tkachuk. He is the only true elite prospect in the system. I would like to think Gillies is too but the injury last season puts some risk around it.
Guys like Kylington, Janko are solid prospects but have some risk or limited upside.
So the comment is fair.
That being said, some of the comments are weird. I still think the Oilers have one great prospect and virtually nothing after that. He says that's changed - how so. The drop off after the Finn is not steep - it is a f'n chasm of unknown depth.

I would overall put the Flames 7th or 8th - potentially ahead of the Oilers and Isle but behind everyone else ahead of them on the list.
