He is 100% more one dimensional than Monahan, but he's very good at that one dimension.
As Bingo said, he doesn't really hurt you anywhere on the ice (which is good).
The one issue is probably his dependency on matchups, basically dropping the ball during away games is something he's going to have to overcome if he wants to take the next step.
Otherwise he's certainly the most dynamic and entertaining player we have. It's nice watching him skate up to the net, seeing nobody open and the goaltender covering the net well, and still being able to think:
"this is probably going in."
