Phil Hoffman would make a great Penguin, but then again he can make a great anyone.
Katie Holmes is definately out according to my sources. She was not dropped though, apparantly she has quit acting to be a full time mother. There are rumours of the next love interest/female lead being played by Natalie Portman / Kate Beckinsale / Jennifer Connolly. If they decide not to re-cast Holmes' character then they may use the Talia or Selina characters.
i have no idea who they are as i have never read the comics.
All i know is that if my company gets to make the film over here in London i will get to go to the wrap party. Free beer!
