The Canadiens are pleased to welcome Viktor Kozlov to the team, we feel we were strong on defensive minded forwards with White, Handzus and Madden, Halpern was struggling to get on the ice. We felt it was a good chance for Halpern to get the playing time he deserves. We needed a RW to help provide some depth. Adding Jonsson gives us a bit to build on for next year.
