As Enoch Root mentioned, his cockiness is acceptable because unlike some athletes Bolt is not a ######bag. If he was a ######bag his actions would be constantly under scrutiny by the media and fans. But Bolt is a likeable guy and is a fan favourite so he gets a pass. His respects the sport and the other athletes.
