I like the idea in the English Courts that they (and I think they don't do it anymore) but sentence you to the Queens pleasure, which is an indefinite sentence. you'll get out but you'll be old and you won't be a threat.

These two are a threat to re-offend by the sounds of it, tag them with dangerous offenders tags and don't let them out until they are no possible threat.
