At 8:40 Canada will run in the first Heat of the Qualifications for the Men's 4x100m relay. If anyone isn't aware this team has been surrounded by heartbreak and errors over the last few years. After finishing in the bronze medal position in 2012 the team was disqualified after the race as one of the runners had stepped over the lane line. At the 2014 Commonwealth Games Canada was disqualified for exchanging the baton out of the exchange zone. At the 2015 World Relays in Nassau the team was again disqualified for an out of zone exchange. And then after finishing first at the 2015 Pan Am Games the team was once again disqualified for a lane violation. It's not all doom and gloom as the team did capture the Bronze Medal at last year's IAAF World Championships in Beijing.

At 9:00 the final for the Men's 400m Hurdles takes place.

At 10:25 the Pole Vault will take place for the Men's Decathlon.

Scheduled for 18:15 the semifinals of the Women's 800m begin. Melissa Bishop, who had the fastest time in the qualifying heats runs in Heat 2.

At 18:45 the final event of the Men's Decathlon, the 1500m takes place.

The Final for the Women's 400m Hurdles begins at 19:15.

At 19:30, the final of the Men's 200m Final. Andre De Grasse will be in Lane 4, Usain Bolt will be in Lane 6.

Go Canada Go!!!
