Or the exact opposite though, which you are claiming by saying they are "close".
I have not seen one report or heard one convo that can allow anyone to conclude that they are indeed close to getting this done.
I'll gladly be proven wrong on this. But either side saying "we'll get it (or something) done"... Is that side just assuming up til this point.
Now it's crunch time and both sides need to get this put to rest and fast.
