At least this one has a happy ending as the Japanese filed a protest and got the results overturned. I don't know if the Azerbaijani fighter was dominating the first couple rounds, but this definitely looks sketchy. |
Ridiculous. I love boxing but its yet another issue with a judged event at the Olympics. Its not even the first time we've seen issues with boxing at the Olympics, and people are just unable to compete fairly (or have the judges score fairly).
