Yeah, but Colorado was obviously going to regress the next season, like the 13-14 Leafs and the 15-16 Flames did. Iggy shouldn't have taken the long-term deal if he wanted to have a guaranteed successful future. But, you know what, he managed to create a stable environment for his family, so maybe he did win, in a way.
