I'm not sure it's voter intimidation, as much as its an attempt to slow down and gum-up polling stations in heavily democrat (ie. black, inner-city) neighbourhoods, to the point that people get frustrated with the lineups and leave. Confronting or interacting with voters gets you kicked out of the polling station, but challenging everything within the laws of the state is probably more effective.
Good thing is, the threat of being confronted by these idiots will probably drive up advance voting.
