I remember Rafikov being a really steady presence on the Russian blueline at the WJC's a few years ago.

Does Calgary still have the rights to Rafikov should he actually end up coming over to the NHL? It's been 3 years since he draft year. I thought teams only retain European players rights for 2 years.
