Big part of a movie like this is the action. I thought it was okay, but had a distinct lack of cool or "looking real". IMO you should have at least one of those.
Silly is fine if it's cool. Less cool is fine if I buy into the fight. If it's neither... meh.
Kind of a terrible soundtrack. Not that the songs were bad in isolation, they just didn't fit the movie and felt dated and overused in it. Also the pop tunes didn't mesh at all with the rest of the soundtrack. The whole soundtrack felt very amateurish for a Hollywood production.
Visually I liked it. Style was a bit all over the place, but what ever. It was fun enough for me.
I felt Will Smith didn't fit the style of the movie at all. I have nothing against Will Smith either, but it's a movie that tried desperately to have some edge to it. Will Smith just doesn't have that.
So let's say 2/5. Perfectly adequate popcorn flick, but the next part better get much better reviews or I'm skipping it.

I'm still amazed that they didn't have Will Smith's son in the role of Harley
